Who's your favorite character in Practical Magic and why? I really love Aunt Frances, she completely accepts who she is and everything that comes with being a member of the Owens family. She's a very realistic and honest person, and very funny as well.
Which character do you relate to the most?
I really relate to Sally and Gillian, actually. I definately grieve big when I end up losing someone, like Sally when Michael died. I'm big into loving someone with my entire heart. Like Gillian, my philosophy is "What wouldn't I do, for the right guy?" I'm not a big mess with relationships like Gillian is, but I am sort of a free spirit like she is. Like Sally, I wouldn't be dancing naked under the full moon at the Solstice Festival, but I am like Gillian in that I accept that I'm not normal like everyone else and I can't change who I am just to try to have a convential life. "We're never going to be normal...because we're different!"
What's your favorite scene? I have a few. I really love the scene where Sally casts the Amas Veritas spell in the beginning, and I love when we are shown the petals from Sally's spell fall on top of Hallet sittin on his pony backwards as a child. I also like the scene where Sally and Gilly fight and they break the bowl, and of course the scene in the garden where Gilly talks about the right guy. And, I love when they jump off the roof at the end as well.
Which do you prefer - book or movie? Movie. But I have read the book as well.
Anything else you'd like to share? Um.....not right now.

What are some of your interests and hobbies? watching TV, reading, true crime studies, baking, the internet, watching the news, politics, supernatural studies, spirituality, listening to music, online shopping. I am also something of a history nerd and pop culture junkie.

Who's your favorite character in Practical Magic and why? Sally. I admire her. Yeah she may be a little repressed, at least at first, but she is so strong and dependable without being boring. I wish I was more like her.

Which character do you relate to the most? Probably Aunt Frances. I am very sarcastic, but I also think I can be nurturing when the occasion calls for it. And I have to agree with her idea of normality; to quote another book I love, "NBO or die!" ^_^

What's your favorite scene? Any time Stevie Nicks is played

Which do you prefer - book or movie? I luuurve both! I guess the book, although the movie is what got me to read the book. But is honestly my favorite book. I read it once a year. I love every Alice Hoffman book I have ever read. I read almost all of them once a year at different times. Something about them is seasonal to me for some reason.

Anything else you'd like to share? “Love is like racing across the frozen tundra on a snowmobile which flips over, trapping you underneath. At night, the ice weasels come.”

What's your favorite scene? Where they're having that little party thing on the roof and they're wearing the stripy stockings and boots. xD
Which do you prefer - book or movie? I haven't actually read the book properly. I loaned it from the library but had to return it cos I couldn't risk more fees and forgot I could've renewed it. >_<
Anything else you'd like to share? Yeah. I forgot to post this before. So I'm doing it now! xD
